Dominion man faces Trafficking, Firearm charges

October 15, 2014

At approximately 7:00 PM on October 14th, the Cape Breton Regional Police Street Crime Unit and RCMP Drug Section executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act at a residence on Brook Street in Dominion.

Police seized a large quantity of Hydromorphone, Oxycodone and a firearm, and arrested a 71-year-old male. He will appear in Sydney Provincial Court today to face charges of Trafficking in Hydrmorphone, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Oxycodone and Careless Storage of a Firearm.
