Police charge man in connection to weapons threat at Cape Breton University

Through further investigation, police were able to identify Bernard, responsible for making these allegations, and arrest him yesterday, November 2nd.

Investigators charged Bernard with uttering a threat and mischief, releasing him on a Promise to Appear in Sydney Provincial Court on December 7, 2015.
