The 40 yr old male had sustained injuries to both legs and was taken to the Cape Breton Regional Hospital by EHS where he remains in care with non life threatening injuries. The scene was examined by the Cape Breton Regional Police Forensic Identification Section and the incident is being investigated by the Department of Labor.
