28-year-old Daniel Patrick Eisan, of Membertou, is charged with two counts of break and enter, one count of possession of stolen goods, one count of possession of break in instruments, one count of possession of property obtained by crimes and nine breaches.

30-year-old Alvin Josesph Campbell, of Sydney, is charged with Break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime, and three breaches.
39-year-old Jody Michelle Mackay, of Sydney, is charged with one count of break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime and one breach.

All three were remanded to the Cape Breton Correctional Centre overnight, until a scheduled Court appearance.

Police first responded to reports of a Break and Enter at the NSLC on Victoria Road at approximately 12:30 AM, where the front window had been smashed and several items were taken. Members of the K-9 Unit were called to assist, tracking footprints away from the store. At approximately 2:30 AM, while on scene at Victoria Road, police were dispatched to a second break and enter at Belly Busters in Membertou, where a dark coloured van was reported leaving the scene. Police followed the vehicle tracks to a location in the ditch near George Street at the ramp to Highway 125.

Police observed three individuals walking in the area; one male fled, but police approached the second male and a female, noting that the male matched a description from the NSLC. Police located stolen items in their possession and placed the two under arrest, without incident. A short time later, after a search of the area, police were able to locate the third suspect who was also in possession of stolen items and placed under arrest. Police also seized the vehicle.
