The residence was vacant at the time of the fire and later deemed suspicious. 

Further investigation by the police and Fire Marshall's Office led police to the arrest of two male youth - ages 14 and 15 - on Friday, May 17th. Both were released on a Promise to Appear in Youth Court on May 29th, to face charges of Arson, Break and Enter and Theft.
