Male charged with Impaired Driving

At approximately 11:35 PM, the Cape Breton Regional Police responded to a single vehicle motor vehicle accident on Center Street, North Sydney. 

A 49-year-old adult male had drove his car off the road into a ditch and was arrested at the scene for Impaired Driving.  He was subsequently charged with Impaired Driving and Failing the Breathalyzer and was released on a Promise to Appear in Sydney Provincial Court at a later date.
