Impaired Driver arrested January 30, 2012 On January 29, Cape Breton Regional Police officers in North Division stopped a motorist after receiving complaints of a possible impaired driver. Resulting from this stop a 38-year-old male from the North Side was charged with refusing the Breathalyzer and Impaired Driving. Also during the same incident a 41-year-old female, also from the North side, was arrested for Public Intoxication. Both are to appear in Court at a later date to answer to the charges. |
