Impaired male charged

Shortly after 3:00 AM on Friday February 17, 2012 the Cape Breton Regional Police arrested and charged a 29 yr old Alberta man for having Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle while Impaired and Refusing a Breath Demand, after locating him intoxicated and asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle in the parking lot of Lawton’s Drug Store in Glace Bay. He was released on a Promise to Appear in Sydney Provincial Court on April 18, 2012.                   .
