Impaired Driver

On Thursday, 19 January 2012 at approximately 12:49am Cape Breton Regional Police Service, Central Division Patrol members received a call about an impaired Driver in the downtown area of Sydney.

As a result police located the vehicle driving on Charlotte Street, Sydney.  Upon stopping the vehicle, the 19 year old male driver was arrested and later charged with Impaired Driving and Fail Breathalyzer. He was released and will appear in Sydney Provincial court on March 8, 2012.
