Police arrest male for drug-related charges

On Wednesday evening, June 27th, 2012, the Cape Breton Regional Police Service (Drug Section) executed a Search Warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, on a residence on Victoria Road, in Sydney.

As a result of the Search Warrant, a 23-year-old male was arrested. He will appear in Sydney Provincial Court on Thursday, June 28th, 2012, facing charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine and Trafficking in Cocaine.

Police also seized a quantity of Cocaine and cash.
